Treatment against Hydrops for the cure of Tinnitus, Sensorineural Hearing Loss, Dizziness, Ear Fullness, Meniere's Disease
Most of tinnitus (noise in the ear), as well as many cases of sensorineural hearing loss, as well as every recurrent vertigo, dizziness, or subjective sensation of imbalance, or fullness in the ear, are caused, in patients with one or more of these disorders (even when they occur as single symptom), by a reversible hydromechanic dysfunction, resulting from an increase of the inner ear fluids (HYDROPS), exercising excessive pressure, or stimulus, on cochlear cells and/or vestibular receptors, and not always (or not only) from a real and permanent damage, that nobody has ever really demonstrated, until now, in a living patient. Any hypothesis of permanent and intractable damage, therefore, must be regarded as just an unprovable hypothesis. Each patient has potentially a hydrops, and, in many cases, this is even the only possible underlying cause.
This is even obvious and well understandable when a patients complains of inconstant, fluctuating, or, in any way, variable disorders, which can't surely be due to the presence of permanent damages. But also stationary and constant disorders can often be due to a persistent, and not spontaneously reversible, underlying hydrops.
And an effective cure to decrease hydrops is always available, even in cases when we can't define the clinical situation, not being present all the symptoms, as "Meniere's Disease" or "Meniere's Syndrome", because this definition should be reserved only to patients that have tinnitus, hearing problems and vertigo, in contemporary or in different ages.
This means that, unlike today, unfortunately, patients have to listen by many specialists, who still "cling" to the old traditional concepts (partly because of a certain degree of "commercial" resistance by involved pharmaceutical and hearing aids companies, which are "linked" to many ENT specialists), we have an effective cure to treat these disorders in many underestimated cases.
In summary, there is always an effective treatment, as long as a doctor knows what to treat and how, for recurrent vertigo or dizziness, for subjective balance disorders, or for ear fullness (as they are disorders always due only to hydrops), as well as in the case of inconstant tinnitus or hearing loss, certainly not due to permanent damages.
Often (but not always, because it is not possible to repair any permanent damage) this applies even for constant level, not fluctuating, sensorineural hearing loss or tinnitus, because they might always be due to a persistent hydrops, spontaneously irreversible, but potentially treatable with proper care.

In 2009, I've realized that, to plan the treatment, I didn't need anymore diagnostic tests I had carried out systematically, until then, in over 16,000 cases.
Because I've reached the final conclusion that it was meaningless and somehow not honest at all, to continue to perform tests for which now I can ALWAYS predict the result in advance from the behaviour of the symptoms.
On the other side, we don't have any test that can demonstrate the eventual permanent damage, that could lead me to suggest the patient not to try a possible effective treatment against hydrops.
